When AI is changing how real estate professionals reach you, does that actually change whether the advice you're getting is any good?
Technology keeps changing how professionals reach their audience. AI tools can now write posts, answer questions, and generate advice at a scale that would have been unimaginable not long ago. That's genuinely useful in some ways. It's also worth pausing on.
Here's what AI can't replicate: sitting across from someone in Denver who's trying to figure out whether to sell the house they've owned for twenty years, listening to what's not being said, and knowing which question to ask next. That's not a workflow. It's a skill set built over time, and it doesn't compress.
The content you're reading about real estate right now might be very polished. It might be technically accurate. But polished and accurate aren't the same as someone who has actually read the contract, noticed the clause that creates risk, and said something about it before it becomes your problem. Compliance isn't a bonus feature. It's where the protection lives.
So the question worth asking isn't whether AI-generated content looks good. It's whether the person behind the content has actually done the work long enough to know what they don't know. That distinction matters a lot more when you're signing something.
